Very customer-friendly staff, all of whom spoke English. Great breakfast.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The kitchen staff were amazing morning greeters and so helpful! The neighborhood had really great shopping close by. The staff wrote us a personal note on the return visit welcoming us back! The housekeepers were excellent and timed the cleaning around our excursions. The front desk staff was super helpful with recommendations for outings. Tango!!!

+ Great location, close to trendy shops, cool cafes and awesome restaurants + Broad selection at breakfast with continental options (pastries, cereals, cold meats, cheese, fruit, yoghurt) and a freshly cooked hot option (eggs, bacon, omelette etc) + Spacious room + Staff were helpful, gave many recommendations on where to eat nearby + Spa bath in room

This is an incredibly special place. I was very very happy with it and would stay again. The location is superb, staff were professional and helpful. Housekeeping was always on time, and you never even noticed their presence. The breakfast was exquisite. It was too chilly to use pool, but it was beautiful. Everything was so well done. They organized transport to and from the airport- on time and organized. I was SO impressed.

Breakfast was very good. The offer of eggs and omelettes and pancakes was an unexpected extra and a nice surprise. The coffee was made to order and the staff was exceptional in terms of service.
